Quality Control Inspection:

From visual checks over dimensional measurements to testing of materials, structures, components and machines.

Vendor Shop Inspection

At vendor premises, the quality of workmanship or the conformity of products to specified codes, standards or documents is being verified. Often this includes witnessing final reception testing.

Pre Shipment Inspection

Before loading, the general appearance, including packing, marking, quantity, etc. of the goods is being verified.

Loading Supervision

Verifying during loading and/or unloading operations, that the goods are correctly presented, properly handled and secured on the means of transport, whether it be container, ship or truck.

Expediting Services

Ensuring purchased goods being delivered according to a predetermined time schedule. This is done by inspecting / checking supplier’s progress and reporting to our client on the real time situation and on decisions taken to meet the schedule.

Supply Chain Audit

When sourcing in overseas countries, audits following an agreed format are performed by the local SGS staff to assess potential suppliers to a certain project or for them to become key suppliers.

Project Management Services

By offering a wide range of services through each stage of the project or by assisting in running the project, EPC’ s are being allowed to spend their time and energy on what really counts.
